Hi Everyone!
I have been a member of MFP for a few months now, and it's a great tool to track what I do/eat every day.

I'm a 24 year old soon to be bride that wants to shape up for the big day! Now that i'm 3 months away, I really need to get my butt into gear.
I have been really good about watching what I eat, but I lead such a hectic lifestyle that i'm having a hard time motivating myself to work out.

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help?

    Welcome!
    MFP helps to keep us accountable...when you see your caloric intake, it helps you think twice before eating that mid morning snack! and it makes you WANT to document your exercise!
    The support helps as well!!

    Whenever i log onto MFP and see all my friends recording exercise, eating healthy, and having positive attitudes it keeps me doing the same! I want to be able to log my exercise, so I feel good and to be able to log it on MFP and get positive responses from my friends. Same goes with finishing my food diary successfully.
