Hi, having dieted for years and only gotten bigger I have decide after losing two close friends recently to go down the health route. I love filling in the food chart and working out which foods are better for me rather than faddy food. Also I am 5 feet tall and weigh 11stone 5 pounds. Also I am hoping to donate a kidney to a family member later in the year and have been advised to lose weight and try to get to a normal BMI. So onwards and upwards or maybe that should be downwards. I would love to hear from anyone who is my height and weight to compare weight loss. Also if anyone has any good tips................
