Heyhello

Hey everyone!

I'm not new to MFP, I was a user a few years ago and I lost some weight. But over the years I gained it all back and more due to changes in lifestyle etc etc. I recently got back on track and it's already showing. I'm a Nutrition and Dietetics student 1st year in Amsterdam (I'm Dutch) so I learn everything about health and nutrition etc. Now it's time to get healthy myself haha!
If you want an active friend who might even can give you some advice, totally add me! The friends I used to have are no longer active.

    Welcome back and best of luck on your journey of self help and education! It's easy to be there to lead, guide and direct others, but completely different when you do it for yourself...

    Hi & welcome back!

    You'll love your course and will probably find that being able to put theory into action using your own journey helps you to understand what you are being taught in the classroom. I've certainly found that knowledge is key to weightloss and a healthy lifestyle.
