I am tired of the scale (yes, been here before) I am going to let my clothes be the judge of my "weight loss" progress. I wore a pair of shorts yesterday that I've not worn in 2 weeks or so. The scales, they say I've not lost weight. Those shorts though, they say something completely different...that my derriere has gotten smaller, they were so baggy *right there* I couldn't believe it.
Also, plenty of my shirts are 'getting bigger' as well. It is actually time for me to get rid of some (nearly all, truly) of my clothes. Might be nice to wear clothes that actually fit properly.

You lose inches more than pounds. The scale may stay the same (esp if doing strength building exercises) but you've lost inches which is why your clothes are looser. I always take measurements in addition to weighing weekly for comparison.0

I agree with the comments already made. Scales can definitely be an enemy at times. Sometimes I get obsessed with them and start weighing myself everyday and then--of course!--I get disappointed by tiny progress or no discernible progress at all. Scales are an incredible tool for motivation, but I think one best used sparingly. How often have you been weighing yourself? Every day, every week? If you're not seeing enough progress in that time frame to keep motivating you (as the scale SHOULD do), try weighing yourself a little less often, like every other week or every month. You'll definitely get bigger weight loss numbers then!
And YES! Definitely reward yourself with clothing that fits and makes you feel great!0
