Oooooooook. My name is Joe. I'm turning 30 next month. I've gone up and down in weight my whole life. When I first met my wife I was at 296 lbs. My heaviest was around 350 lbs. She helped me get down to 213 lbs before we got married in May of 2014. Now I'm back just under 300 and desperate to lose the weight for good.
