To be VERY HONEST,
it's deceiving to think because the scale doesn't move immediately after some *dietary indiscretions* ,
that I *got away with it* ....

then I get back on the *wagon*...and start making better choices, and THEN the scales creep up....
....and I'm SHOCKED?.....Geesh, I'm slow to recall that I'm just reaping what I sowed
because it isn't an instantaneous or overnight cause>effect
.....Seriously, IF it was....wouldn't I learn this lesson MUCH faster?

Just curious- HOW do our bodies work?

what we ingest TODAY.... does it affect our bodies immediately,
or is it a delayed effect?

HOW LONG does it take to show up?
