Any tip will be appreciated. By the time I mix all the ingredients, its usually too much for to finish in two days.

Mason jar salads. Or keep the ingredients separate but prepped.

Second mason jars. That should keep everything fresh for a while, as long as they're sealed properly.

+1 for mason jars. I personally don't like eating them out of the jar, and move them to a tupperware for the day, but yes, mason jars for the win.

I have these containers I inherited from my mother. They are called Lock and Lock. They have the most air tight seal I've ever seen. You can get them from QVC or Amazon.

I just use glass storage containers and individual portion out 3 salads for the week on Sunday (I take leftovers the other 2 days!). I add the lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes (regular ones chopped up get soggy by the end of the week) and then I keep salad dressing in the fridge at work and add it at the time of eating :)

Cut up veggies really last for a week? I find the quality degrades after a day or two. Edges of bell peppers get mushy, etc.

Try 'Lakeland' website for stay fresh sandwich bags, keeps salad and veggies fresh for longer.
