FRICK - Injury Prone Phase?

So I was doing so so well. Was working out everyday for a couple weeks, feeling swell. Then I got hit at soccer and tweaked my knee. That sucks - took a couple days off from most exercise. Then, first day back yesterday at a game and I got kicked in the thigh really frigging hard. So I have a charlie horse to the nth degree. Swelling, bruising, can't walk. I actually lost sensation of touch in the centre of the injury.
I'm feeling defeated and frustrated. All I wanna do is play soccer and work out. Why do I have to be a magnet to injury as of late. I need a boost =(

Injuries are a part of life. If you find that you are constantly having to sit out after soccer you might want to join a less competitive league or sit back and ask if you are being overly aggressive.0
