Hi my name is Jen I'm new to this I've got 40lbs to lose and am hoping to acomplish this by June. I would love to have anyone's advice or to hear success story's I haven't started exercising yet looking for help with how I should start out I am a stay at home mom with a 3year old and a 10 week old.

Buy a food scale, weigh everything solid accurately. Use measuring cups and spoons for liquids. Make sure you track EVERYTHING you eat and drink that has calories, it adds up if you don't. Don't cut out things you enjoy, learn to eat in moderation. It's the easiest way for most. If you have to cut things out, then do it completely. Don't get upset if you eat over your calories, take it as a lesson and move on. Also, the weight loss will go up and down and level and up and up and down and level... it is not a straight line.
You can find lots of workouts on YouTube for free if you have time to do them. HIIT, cardio, walking, core, etc.
