Sparkling flavored water

Where does the flavor come from? I have Deer Park Sparkling Lemon water and the ingredients list:
Sparkling Water
Co2
Natural flavors

Does this type of water contain Aspartame or anything like that?

    If it says aspartame then yes, if not, then no. The flavor comes from the "natural flavors"

    Yeah I drink the same everyday. I'm hoping it's sugar free I love the taste of it.
