It all depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to lose or maintain weight? Are you wanting to build strength or stamina? If you mention goals, it'll be easier to guide you.0

we are all different, what do you eat? what do u do in a day? I go hard 7 days a week, but lots of people do not.0

I think you should shoot for at least 1 workout every day.0

that. we can tell you what each of US does, but we may have different goals than you.
i workout an hour a day, 5 days a week and that doesn't include an evening jog (which depends on temperature outside)0 -
Anywhere from 3-5 times a week, but it really depends on what you're doing0
