So this probably isn't my first intro. Truthfully I've been on MFP for quite some time; I just keep falling off of the bandwagon. I'm going to try this again and make 2016 worth it!
I'm a 29 year old male, 5'9 and the Friday before last I was 211... This morning 207.5.
I'm doing things a little different this time. I've added in HIIT as well as weight training (instead of steady state cardio) for weight loss.
I've got myself some Syntha 6 and Creatine, which I've also never done before. Things seem to be working well this time!
Any tips, tricks, or if you want to add as a friend then the more the merrier!
