Hi so I get married in less then 5 months and I wanna loose at least 1 stone!!! Need help motivation ideas for great weigh loss

    thats 14 lbs or almost 6,5 kilos. (nice for all the different nationalities to know!). Well, this board is wonderful for: information, support and advice. So start by filling in your profile and goals. Thats how I started last week. Drink tons of water and start reading the boards with interesting subjects and answers from people with lots of experience. I love Pinterest and started a profile and some albums about excercises and healthy foods. You can find a zillion ideas there. If you dont have time to make albums yourself, follow me on Odile Horjus album Move that body and Healthy foods. To me, a businessplan or whatever you like to call it, works for me. So know what you want to go for and have a schedule planned for the week with certain excercises you want to do around your set schedule for the day. And be very strict to yourself in the beginning in order to get to a routine: you dont have time to waste and those pictures are for life! good luck!

    Welcome to MFP and congratulations!
    I can't see your full stats, but from your avatar I don't think you have a lot of actual weight to lose, it is probably more of a toning and losing body fat situation.
    I would recomend creating calorie deficit, but focusing more on balanced meals and regular cardio and weights exercise.
    Also be prepared that your scale might not move that much, but you will definetely see the difference on your body.
