    Good for you! This is my year to finally into shape again. The two years were not so good. I have about 35-45 pounds to lose this year to get back where I should be. I know I can do it!!

    I turn 40 this year also ...Goal is to lose 40 lbs and be fit at 40, lost 12lbs so far...."Cancun in June"

    Turn 44 this year. Started to get in shape and lose weight in November when I went above 250 (6' 1"). Want to get down to somewhere around 200...just as important, or maybe more so is that I want to get back into good level of fitness and have good musculature (not big, just nicely defined).

    Weighed in at 232.6 this morning. BP is down. Heart rate down. Down to 38 jeans and large gym shorts....so on my way!

    Does anyone know how to slow down time? I mean, I was just in 1994 10 minutes ago. Now I'm overweight and 40. Hoping to be 180 by Nov 1st.

    I turn 40 in August. I've been at my goal weight for about 18 months. Next goal is to do a marathon for my 42nd. 42km for my 42nd!
