I work out at home..mostly running daily on my treadmill...but I've noticed my calories burned on my treadmill show more burned than on MFP for the same amount of time...which is more accurate...or thinking maybe I should use the lower amount just to be sure... Idk...looking for input..and friends so feel free to add me

I've found both MFP and machines over estimate by a lot. About half is closer to actual calorie burns. You surest way to get a real burn is to invest in a heart rate monitor.0

It completely depends on your level of fitness. The higher your heart rate, generally the higher your calorie burn, but then you need to work out the net burn (which is minus the calories your body would be burning anyway)
So.. heart rate monitor, + http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/net-versus-gross-calorie-burn-conversion-calculator.aspx
