I just joined this morning and I'm hoping to lose approx. 20 lbs. I'm only 21 but I really need to work on being motivated to workout. Just got a dog last week, so I'm hoping he'll help me want to go on walks and runs. Took him on a mile walk yesterday morning, now to just keep that up!

    Welcome. I'm sure that you will do great. I suggest adding friends for support and motivation. Start by tracking everything that you eat and make adjustments. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish.
