Thinking about starting Isagenix and wanted to know if anyone else has had success with it?

Why not just do the calorie deficit thing and focus on good food?
Why give your money to a company that sells cleanses?

What are you looking to gain from a product like Isagenix?

Genuine curiosity here. Depending on what you think Isagenix can do vs. what it actually can do, you would probably be better off at the very least cost wise with other types of supplements like a multi vitamin and a protein powder.

I was interested in their vegan protein powder. I haven't been able to find anything else similar to it anywhere else. I'm not really interested in the cleanse as much as the powder. I've had a hard time finding a natural vegan protein powder that matches up to theirs.

    This post might help: http://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/best-protein-powders-for-vegetarians-and-vegans

If not, there are a few vegan/vegetarian women lifters on this thread that I will link this topic too and they might be able to weigh in.

It ain't natural if it's processed. And manufacturing is processing. Plus the body doesn't distinguish between "natural" and "enhanced" when it comes to breaking it down.

The one person I know who was using it was also trying to sell me some. That was several months ago, and she looks exactly the same to me and is still wearing the same clothes. I think it's a big waste of money.

RawFusion is a pretty good vegan protein powder.

The only way to have a valid opinion is to try it. If it works for you, keep doing it. If it doesn't, then don't. I believe it has a 30day guarantee. Try it, then you will know. Asking people that havent done something is a total waste of time -- suspect in your life there are many things that you like that others dont. And from what I have read, none of the commenters actually have.

I recommend gathering advice from Michael Colgan of the Colgan institute before anyone here, even me.

Would you try the HCG diet before telling someone that it's a waste of time?
