At almost 40, this is an eye opener. I am getting "in shape" but really haven't gotten down to a "healthy wt."
I've lost a good 25-30 lbs. Still the charts say I am Obese. Right now I believe diet is what's standing between me and the next step, 25 more lbs. and being more fit! By fit I mean able to ..... I don't know?, "Leap tall buildings with a single bound"
I'm Maurice, Hi,
Good Luck All.

I just turned 44. Didn't start getting in shape until I was about 43. It's never too late to start. You may not be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but you can get healthy and fit! One day at a time. Take pics, measure, and don't give up!0

No it is never too late! am in my big 60's and trying to just feel better, and so we can enjoy travel and playing with our 15 grandchildren in our retirement. I have noticed it is much harder the older you get though!0
