When did you start seeing any real change in your body and how much would you lose a week?

I started to lose weight right away, but it takes about 15-20 pounds in either direction before I see the changes in the mirror. I aim for about a pound per week, but I was always paranoid about muscle loss. Your weight loss goals will depend on how much you have to lose overall and any body composition or fitness goals you need to keep in mind.0

I also aimed for 1 lb a week. I also took weekly measurements & monthly pictures so the scale did not rule my world. Change comes in fits & starts. But first it starts on the inside I believe.0
