when is the beat time to start shredding ? also what should my doet consist of in order to shred quicker ?

    This is a great question for a strength training coach. It's sounds like you are talking about ending your bulk phase and beginning to cut calories so you can trim the fat before a competition. Otherwise this question makes little sense.

    OP, I'm going to skip the first question and go to the second, because I am terrible at answering the first one for men. Your diet should consist of fewer calories than it takes to maintain your current weight. You can lop off 500 calories per day, for about a pound a week, or 20% (or 15% or 10%...) Whichever is your preference. You just need to eat fewer calories than you burn. To retain as much muscle as possible, eat a minimum of .64-.82g protein/pound of bodyweight and continue to lift weights.
