Frosty protein shake. Tastes like Wendy's but healthy.

1 scoop cellucor cookies and cream protein powder. 1/4 frozen banana. 1 tbsp. Powdered peanut butter. 1 tsp. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup light almond milk. 3/4 cup water. 3/4 cup ice. Blend. It's SO amazing. Full of protein. Only 180 calories. No dairy. No sugar.

    You might want to recheck your math...

    1 scoop powder - 100 calories
    1/4 banana - 25 calories
    1 tbsp PB - 100 calories
    Chocolate powder - 5 calories
    1/2 cup almond milk - 15 calories

    Total = 245 calories.

    I'm sure it's delicious though.

    Is the powdered PB really 100 calories? I thought it was about 1/2 of what normal PB is?

    Thanks, sounds yummy. Where do you get your protein powder? Are you from uk?

    That scoop may have 130 calories. So 245 + 30 = 275. I could be wrong.

    You can buy protein powders pretty much at many foods stores. Here we have them at Walmart and Target.
    Try not to buy online, especially if you have never tried them. At stores you could pay less than 1/2 the price. Worth hunting for them.
    Look in your grocery store near the vitamins. They must have something. No protein bars?

    You Americans are so lucky, all your powders and coffee creamers! The U.K. Doesn't have half of what I read about on this forum. I'd have to order from Amazon but then I'm stuffed if I don't like it as its a big tin gone to waste

    the protein she says she used is actually 130 calories a scoop - so even more calories.
    but if she used powdered PB as stated, i doubt its 100 calories for a tbsp.
