How to see weekly deficit in MFP?

I'm sorry if this is somewhere in the Help section, but I can't seem to find it. How do you find the sum of your weekly deficit in MFP? I'd like to see how my efforts are working over the long haul. Is it in the app, on the web, both? And where?

    You can't really

    if you use the app you can look at weekly reports and there's a handy average column that I used to use a lot

    Or you can just mentally add it up

    You can view the weekly deficit on the mobile apps only.

    Go to Menu/More > Nutrition > Calories > Week View.

    You can change your settings in Menu/More > Settings > Weekly Nutrition Settings to have the Week Start set to 7 Days Ago or any specific day of the week.

    In the screen capture, the total deficit for the week starting on Monday is circled.
