14 pounds congrats I've been on a diet for three weeks and weigh 365 I've drastically changed my overeating to portion control and feel the difference already good luck say it and it will happen0

My problem was snacking all the time and emotional eating...now I stick to 3 meals a day and one healthy snack :-) good luck to you as well. We can do this!
