Staying motivated has been the hardest thing for me. I want to lose about 40 pounds. I like junk food and am an emotional eater. I exercise on a regular but still have not been able to lose because I overeat. I have found that keeping the diary and using the scale has kept me accountable when I am honest. I have to keep telling myself that I am doing this for me and I am only in competition with myself!!! Good luck and feel free to add me for support as I am always looking for support too.0

Oh my goodness I absolutely love junk food too, and it is so hard! I actually started a fast on the 5th with no sweets and no red meats and it's been a journey it ends on the 25th but it has been so hard. I know you can do it stay motivated too!!! Also I added you0 -
I had a visit with my doctor and I was told to lose 20 pounds for health reasons. I am also a fast food junky. For this week I made Apple Pie Oats Muffins for breakfast no more McDonalds.0

That's good on the McDonalds I haven't had McDonald's in over a year! But keep going you can do it! I walked 3 miles the other day and that was a good pusher!0 -
Once you've gotten rid of that 20, the next 10 won't be so bad because you're healthy habits will have formed by then! Good luck with your lifestyle change ..0

I will always want my junk food. I give in if I can not distract myself but I will have a portion, less if I can. My food sealer has been a great help. I seal everything. Chips, cereal, junk food bags, you name it. If I have to unseal the bag it makes me think twice. I seal most things in the original packaging. When we have left overs I try to package them for meals on the run....in this house there is always someone running somewhere.0
