Good morning! I'm really frustrated!!! I've been back on My Fitness Pal for a few months now, and while I haven't been perfect, I've done my best to stay within my calorie goal. In addition, within the last few weeks, I've been working out at least 4 times a week and eating clean, but with no weight loss! I need some help!!! I have myself on 1 1/2 lb a week losing plan, but I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough. It's driving me crazy! Can someone offer any suggestions?!

    I think in order to be able to help you, we'd need to know a bit more:
    - age (46)
    - height
    - current weight
    - goal weight
    - current daily calorie limit
    - do you log all of your food? (your diary is locked) if so, do you use a scale and measuring cups?
    - what kind of exercises do you do? (and when you do them, do you break a sweat?)
    - do you eat back exercise calories?
