Hello everyone!
I did a quick search and was unable to find a thread like this, so if there is already one, please correct me. I'm very much a visual learner. I get some of my best meal ideas from photos of other people's food, and I take pictures of nearly every meal I am proud of prepping. My hope is that thread will serve as inspiration for others!
I'll start!
This is my food for the day, with the exception of unplanned snacks. I'm currently trying to lose, eating 1200 calories a day.
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a banana
Lunch: 6 oz of grilled chicken in olive oil, 4 oz of roasted butternut squash, baby carrots and greek yogurt dip
Dinner: 7 oz of grilled chicken in olive oil, 4 oz of roasted butternut squash, 2 tangerines
Snacks: to be determined later!

I've been meal prepping about a year. I do 3 recipes, 3-4 containers of each to mix and match and not get bored.
Breakfast is always protein shake, I vary the add ins. 350 calories
Morning snack is Apple and almonds about 200 calories
Lunch is around 350-400 calories
Afternoon snack plain Greek yogurt with nuts about 200 calories
Dinner is 350-400 calories
Depending on calories left over after gym, I'll have snack no later than 8:30. Usually yogurt or cheese stick and piece of fruit.
