Hello all!
What's everyone's food intake like?
Mine consists of halo clemintines, apples, bananas, special k and fiber one 100 calorie bars for snacks as well as almonds. salads and other dishes for dinner. In fact tonight is shrimp Alfredo pasta with peas ad mushrooms.

    Hello, My food intake consists of lots of veggies and fruits. Mostly clean eating, some protein for dinner. Lots of water and sometimes Sobe Water Zero. I am using the 21-day fix portion cups.

    I workout EVERYDAY except Wednesday doing 50 mins+ elliptical, and when I do not want to workout I make myself do it. I am down 10lbs, with a few more to lose.
