Help! Need to keep going with new injury...

So I have today sprained my ankle for the second time in 6 weeks. Was sent for an X Ray and it turns out I had a small fracture last time I sprained it (which I didn't know about) but not this time. I enjoy exercise and have been regularly walking/jogging 10km a day to help with my weight loss. I'm a bit concerned that I'm going to have to cut my calories back even further while I heal and it's going to be torture (I currently eat around 1500-1600 for a 2lbs a week weight loss). I've always preferred exercising more so that I can eat enough not to feel like I'm starving- really helps me psychologically.
Any advice for me as to how to keep on track mentally?

Are you walking / jogging because you like walking and jogging or is it because you like burning calories so you can eat more? Are you resistance training? there is plenty of other cardio you can do without use of your feet, try shaking out a sheet or blanket for a couple minutes at a time, you'll be out of breath.0

Reduce your goal to a more sustainable 1 lb. per week and enjoy the ride.0
