Hi just after a bit of help. Ive just set up my fitbit account and the food diary thinks im about 500cals over. Ive only had 1130 cals and it claims ive used nearly 1600. Surely it cant be suggesting i only eat around 600 cals a day???? Mfp works out i should eat 1200 per day.

Is there a possibility there are double entries on the food diary in Fitbit? Sometimes if I made a change to the MFP food diary after say for example, I changed something I ate for breakfast after logging it in MFP, it would add an additional breakfast that was the updated amount and not remove the first one?0

That 1600 is what you've burned up to that point. It will go up as the day goes on and your body burns more calories. Personally I ignore Fitbit's food calculations and follow MFP.0

I dont think its synced with mfp0
