Hi there. 44 yrs old. messed around with fitness all my life. now its time to buckle down and be serious. The goal is to lose 50 pounds and /or drop to a more acceptable body fat percentage. I have jumped from weightlifting, to crossfit, messed around with strongman training, and now after all that, I am back to zero.
i am starting over with all the knowledge that I have collected over the years.
