Hi everyone!

My name's Jenna, I've just signed up today. I am 22, turning 23 later this year. I am 5'7".

The past year I've been going through every fad diet out there with little or no results. The main problem that I find, is I'm very committed the first few weeks of a program and then life gets in the way and my old habits gradually come slipping in.

From what i've seen so far, everyone on this site is SO nice and supportive. I'm hoping having the constant support of all you amazing people will help me get back on track - PERMANENTLY. As of right now, I'm looking to lose about 60 LBS. However, my first goal is 10 pounds by August 10th.

    Hi Jenna! You can so do this!! You came to the right place. This is about making positive changes in food and exercise, not some fad diet. I've lost 68 lbs in the last 5.5 months and now run, bike, and swim. I'm doing a 5K on the 4th of July and two triathlon's this fall. I NEVER would have thought I'd be doing these things. Just make a decision, be religious in your logging and you can do it!
