Will a cheat meal hurt my efforts?

Well considering I already have a stomach ache from that cheat meal, I don't think I will be doing it very often. I think my body is now used to my new way of eating so going back to my old diet doesn't seem as appealing
oh yeah,once you get used to eating a certain way especially if its "healthier" foods(I mean like lean meats,veggies,fruits and whole grains) then later on when you eat say something like fast food or something along those lines you definitely will notice a difference in how you feel. well at least I do and a lot of the people I talk to.0
