I haven't gone to the gym in a very very long time. My excuse was that I walked my dog and that was good enough. But it wasn't good exercise at all - unless my pup chased a squirrel. Then it was exercise :)

I returned this week and have done a yoga class and body sculpt class. I feel so energized! I need to remember this feeling every time I come home from work and want to sit on my couch, rather than go to the gym!

My goal is 4 days a week. That's a reasonable goal for me right now. Maybe I'll increase that in a month or two.
