Just ordered mine and can't wait for it to arrive!! I so love shaun t with insanity and asylum volume 1 and can't wait to see how much he can push me in just 25minutes a day 5 days a week.

For anyone wanting to join me and some others we would love to have you aboard. We are finishing up another round of insanity and had 70 ppl doing it for tons of support and accountability.
