Crossfit tracking

I just started MFP again after a hiatus. I started crossfit a couple months ago and go typically 3-4 days a week. How does anyone track the activity since it's not an activity option within the app?

    I utilize the polar m400 watch which blue tooths to a chest strap h7. From that you can monitor your workouts and it automatically syncs with mfp once you connect them the first time. It will add the cal you burn and add the extra cal you can consume. It's the best system for monitoring everything. I'm just back after a long period of time myself.

    I love crossfit! As stated above a heat rate monitor would be the best for tracking it because the workouts vary so much. However some people log it as circuit training.
