low cal Peanut Butter shake?! and it's Delicious!

My best friend and I both started dieting together and we frequently share our newly found lower calorie foods with each other, she made this absolutely AWESOME Peanut Butter shake that tasted like drinking Reese's Peanut butter straight out of the Reese's cup! what she did was she took

Sweetened Almond Milk 8oz and just mixed it with tbsp. of PB2 (a powdered version of peanut butter), we froze some for it to have that shake consistency, after I finished mine and felt like I had been super bad but it was only about 125 calories! she calls it her "Nut Milk" (tee hee, dirty minds)

I hope the rest of you can manage to enjoy it as much as we do and maybe it'll help curve your craving for high calorie sugary goodness that I know I have a weakness for! :happy:
