I've gained way too much weight over the last 2 years, I can't stand it anymore. My wedding is coming up in October, any workout routines or recepies would be awesome!!!!

Very effective for any fitness level.
Good luck!! What kind of recipes are you looking for? I can prob pull some out if my whole food cook book. But i didnt know if you may be vegitarian or have any intolerances?0 -
I dread running or cardio equipment. I found love in zumba! It's like a mixture of Latin dancing and aerobics! I have a blast working out! Maybe you could try that!!!
Now if I can just make better habits with eating0
