Having success but feeling conflicted (Lost 30lbs)

I recently found out I was misdiagnosed for the last 6 years and am now going off all the medications that caused me to gain weight and then not be able to lose it. (Despite having a very healthy diet) I was able to maintain at 195lbs for the last 4 years, just not lose because of the meds.
Now that I'm under treatment for the real problem I am losing weight quickly, but it's because I have no appetite and it's very difficult to eat. I'm glad I am losing the weight, but I am not happy that it's because I'm not eating. I am trying to at least get calories from fruit and vegetable juices but even those I am struggling with. The treatment also causes me to throw up often, so that isn't helping matters much either. I am taking supplements, but that doesn't replace calories.

Hopefully once the treatment is over, I will be able to return to eating again, but in the meantime I do worry a lot. I am so so happy to have lost 30lbs but I feel like I can't celebrate because I'm not losing it in a healthy manner.

This was like reading my own story word for word.. Even the start weight and what's been lost so far. I struggle to get more than 600 calories a day in without provoking digestive hell now I'm not on medication. I'm really conscious that people keep telling me I'll go into starvation mode and pile the weight back on! But when I force myself to eat more I'm always ill.

Just a suggestion: eat things that are full of good nutrients and calories but are small portions. i.e. peanuts, cashews, almonds, peanut butter, eggs, whole milk, brown rice. These things you don't have to eat much, it is healthy and high in calories.

Yeah people always tell me to just force myself to just eat. What they don't seem to understand is if I do, I will throw it up. That's the whole reason I stick to mostly liquid vegetables and fruit since I'm less likely to have problems with them. But even then I have such a hard time getting in more then 400-600 calories a day. I do keep a container of mixed nuts by my bed which I can munch on now and then. Tofu is another thing I find easy to eat, but all if it has to be really small portions.
