Hi everyone.I am living in Yorkshire England.I have been puttng off this diet malarky for the last three weeks.However last Sunday I took the bull by the horns as it were and decided to make a start.The good news is I have lost two pounds already.If anyone would like to be my diet buddy please contact me

Better late than never! I started losing weight in.my mid 50's and am down 85 lbs so far. You can do this!0
