Has anyone ever done carb cycling?? Advice?

Hi everyone! (Hopefully i am doing this right, this is my first discussion post) I recently have been following chris and heidi powell (they are trainers on the tv show extreme weight loss) and saw that they recommended doing carb cycling. This is basically where you have one day where you eat a low amount of carbs and the next day you eat high amounts of carbs. I am also doing the t25 workout program currently and have thought about trying carb cycling. Has anyone ever done this before? If so any advice or opinions? I looked up carb cycling and it seem to work for many people. I am a female and currently 20 years old, 5'5, and 140 pounds so id really like to cut back some pounds and get stronger and more fit! Let me know what you think about carb cycling! Thank you!
