Hey,
1 year of consistent weight training being strength routines and split routines. Low bf% already so already look very lean. Wide shoulders with chiseled v-tape. I am happy with the base I have built so I have now upped my daily intake to 3000 - 3500 calories exceeding macros P,C,F. Any advice or ideas that could help would be awesome! Also wanting to be more active with this app so add me!
