shed body fat until you get lean enough for your abs to show. I would also suggest following a structured lifting program, and making sure that you hit micros and macros.1

6 pack are created by 90% diet and 10% workout (and 75% of statistics are made up on the spot ).
Did a quick web search and came up with the following sites;

As @ndj1979 said, 6-packs are all about shedding body fat. For most women, that means leaning down to between 14 and 24 BF%. (For men, its 6 to 17 BF%. I manage to get down to 17% once and was starting to see a suggestion of a 6-pack before I dropped the diet ball.)
A word of caution, a woman dropping below 20% BF could mess up her monthly cycle.0 -
1) There are no foods that help you get a six pack. A six pack is built by exercise and then revealed by losing enough fat to uncover it.
2) This other thread has all the info you need and it's solid stuff.

Most everyone already has a six pack, the only way to make it visible is to reduce body fat to a very low percentage. There are no special foods.0
