I'm a huge nerd and love to immerse myself in as much information as possible. Do you have a fitness related: book, author, website, study, FB page, YouTube account, podcast, etc to recommend?

I just bought Tyler English's Natural Bodybuilding, and I love reading T-Nation online.

Thank you!

The book that really made me turn my life around was Sly Moves by Sylvester Stallone. I've always been a Sylvester Stallone fan though so this may not be for you.

I've had a friend tell me she enjoyed the book Skinny *kitten*, but it's something you should only read if you've got tough skin and a sense of humor I think

Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe... it should be every beginning lifter's bible. Practically a text book on form and function of basic compound movements... just ignore the dietary advice as it's really only geared toward a smaller percentage of the overall audience.

I've read that one. If I remember correctly, it pushes veganism?

I've read some articles by Rippetoe. I'll add this one to my list too. Thanks! :)

New Rules for Lifting is good. I liked Fitness After Forty, and I think there are others in that series for the younger types.
