going to a new gym nervous LOL

Hello im joining a new gym i went today to look arround everyone was big LOL bigger than me i was so nervous. im going to join the gym but I dont know why im nervous LOL any tips I know how to use the weights

Best way to learn how to use weights is to look at YouTube videos so you can watch the techniques done properly as it's hard to explain how to do things writing them down. And don't be nervous, people in gyms don't really pay attention to anyone else so don't feel self conscious0

You're very welcome. As you know, some of the people by whom you're intimidated were in the same position as you. If you need to lose weight, find a program that works for you. As someone else said, most people in the gym are there to get in their workout and get out. They're not focused on others.0 -

i know what im doing and how to diet and exersise its just my self confidence went down so low I looked so small compared to them but it also because i got settled in my gym its a new gym in joinining it takes me time to adjust0
