    Gaining muscle comes from adequate protein intake, heavy-progressive loaded training, a small calorie surplus, and TIME.

    So some questions......
    1. Stats? - Height & Weight
    2. Protein intake
    3. Calories per day
    4. Lifting regimen?

    Well as if now I have had no problem gaining muscle I guess just lookin for a people doing the same. To see what they are doing.

    Just pump iron, and don't overdue the cardio. Watch our carbs and calories. You'll get there!
