Hello I am trying my best to recover from my eating disorder(s) anorexia sub type bulimia at the moment I'm at the lowest healthy weight and these past few days I have been going out of control binging and then purging some of it up (not all) I really want to stop, today I ended up binge eating because I was restricting myself from certain foods which made me go crazy and binge out on them so I was wondering will I maintain my weight with this meal plan? By the way my height is 4 ft 11 and my current weight is around 96 pounds. I would like to maintain this weight. At the moment I'm going to try this meal plan without exercising except from occasional walking then once I've gotten into the ma plan a bit more ill start to excerxise on my treadmill daily. So here is what the meal plan looks like:
BREAKFAST: 1 cup of cereal with semi skimmed milk
Morning snack: cup of tea with 1 sugar & milk
Dinner: chicken & cucumber & cheese slice sandwich
Snack: banana or crisps
Tea: what my family has but using my healthy portion plate
Snack before bed: cup of tea with milk & 1 sugar
Thank you

Discuss this with your treatment team.0

as someone recovering from an eating disorder, you need to go to your recovery team and have them evaluate your meal plan.0

If you are in recovery, you should discuss your diet plan and changes to your diet plan with your treatment team -- especially if you are currently at your lowest healthy weight. That you are currently binging and purging and not wanting to gain weight (especially given that you are a low weight) is a red flag.0

I don't go to treatment anymore because my mum told them I am better since I weighed way less but I only went a couple of times anyway and they never gave me help with what to eat and things they use told me to drink a pint of full fat milk everyday, I just want to learn normal eating habits.0

tell your mother you need to go back. be an advocate for your own health. if you are over 18 (and you SHOULD be if you are on MFP), take yourself.0 -
Hmmmm....Sugar....Sugar.....Sugar........ Bad diet indeed! Keep your carbs under 100 grams/day. ie: cut out most sugar. Try bacon and eggs for breakfast. Sliced turkey and cheese for lunch. Turkey, grass-fed beef, or fish with broccoli for dinner. Much better.0
