Not sure if this in the right forum but anyway I just wanted to check I have an Apple Watch and its synced with MFP so does that mean if I do exercise - say running I don't need to log it separately it should add it by itself???

Mine adds my calories itself so I have not been adding more. I am finding the watch gives me a lot less than the MFP exercise would and I like it that way. I always thought MFP overestimated most exercise.0

Ok cool thanks! Yeah I really prefer it being exact. Really find the watch makes tracking activity so easy!
