Kickboxing

Hi! :)

I am doing kickbox twice per week, 1h and a half each time, and I am wondering, if you, know, aprox how many calories do you burn? One day we are doing 30 minutes of cardio warming up exercises (running a lot, jumping the rope, squats, pushups) and then an hour we kick the punching bag and each other and the other day we are doing a circuit, 1 hour of punching, lifting heights and kicking (plus 20 minutes the warm up) and then for another 20 minutes we kick and hit the pushing bag and each other. :smile:
