I am a Foodie to the MAX! I love to cook and try new recipes but I am wearing out my usual techniques with chicken, salmon and salad; does anyone have any good, healthy recipes that are around or under 500 calories a serving? I love veggies, not so much fruit but I'm learning, chicken, salmon, halibut, cod and shellfish. Not so much on the red meat, and as much as I love anything off a Pig, I know it's not super healthy while trying to lose weight. So, I welcome any new ideas, tips, suggestions, methods, and must-eats that you have to offer! Looking forward to hearing from you all soon-
