Week two of keto diet using the app to track my carb intake and well into ketosis. Eating under 20g of carbs a day. 45 mins of exercise 5-6 times a week. Lost 10 pound so far in two weeks (water weight)

I had a baby 4 months ago and weighed 70kg , my goal weight is 50-55 kg. if anyone can offer any tips / advice would be grateful
